My First Encounter with Adam Rawson

A wonderful idea occurred to me when a friend of mine told me that there was an up-and-coming young chef in London who made a burger with chocolate sauce. And soon I had a chance to meet the chef Adam Rawson and asked him to create original burger menu for our new burger restaurant. That is the beginning of a story of DRAGON BURGER.

Creating an original burger menu with local vegetables from Kyoto

Adam has been studying a range of different cuisines such as French, Italian, and Portuguese. He is famous for creating unique and delicious burgers, and won London's burger competition Slider Decider in 2015 and 2016. With his career and culinary inspiration, he created gourmet burgers with original beef patty, special sauce and Kyoto vegetables for DRAGON BURGER.

Launched a pop-up burger stand in Fukuoka

We launched a pop-up DRAGON BURGER stand in Fukuoka in August 2017 and it was acclaimed by local gourmets. They loved our thick and juicy lean beef patty with fluffy buns, special sauce....everything!

1st DRAGON BURGER restaurant in Kyoto

We opened our 1st DRAGON BURGER restaurant in Tofukuji, Kyoto in September 2017 after the successful tryout in Fukuoka. The DRAGON BURGER's restaurant manager who was so inspired by Adam Rawson's burgers that he created his own menu "Samurai Burger" and "Maccha ice cream sandwich" .
