ADAM's NEW menu!!

Dragon Burger has evolved even further. All burgers use Adam's carefully selected Wagyu beef and Kyoto vegetables (green onions are Kujo green onions from Kyohachi). In addition, until 16:00, Adam Lawson's wonderful Kyoto set consisting of a hamburger, Japanese pepper-flavored fries, and homemade iced tea is also available.

Who is Adam Rawson?

  • Born in London in 1990, raised in Paris.
  • Started cooking at the age of 15 .
  • Enjoyed successful stints at renowned French, Italian and Portuguese restaurants in London.
  • The Chef of the Year at the Young British Foodies award in 2015.
  • Winner of London’s burger competition Slider Decider in 2015 and 2016.
  • Creates original menu inspired by international dishes while researching his own culinary trip around the world.
  • In 2017, he opened his restaurant "Multipient Cuisine Laylow" in London.

The Tofukuji store is about an 8-minute walk to the famous Tofukuji Tsutenbashi, which is visited by tens of thousands of people a day during the autumn leaves season.
